Liability
Participation in any tour operated by Dutch History Walking Tours is completely and entirely at the participant’s own risk. Dutch History Walking Tours is never liable to a participant or a third party for damage incurred by a participant or by a third party during a tour, unless caused by Dutch History Walking Tours’ intent or gross negligence. The participant will indemnify Dutch History Walking Tours against claims from third parties as a result of damage caused during a tour.
Payment
Upon receiving the confirmation of a booking from Dutch History Walking Tours, the participant is obliged to fulfil the payment of the listed sum. The participant agrees to pay the owed sum in cash before the start of the tour.
Cancellation
Dutch History Walking Tours maintains the right to cancel a planned tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as, but not limited to, poor weather. In the case of such a cancellation by Dutch History Walking Tours, the participant will be notified as soon as possible and a solution will be sought so as to carry out the tour at a different time.
